Do my clients need to download an app?
No. They simply point their phone camera at your QR code. It opens a regular webpage where they can see their spot in line. Zero friction.
Can each artist have their own list?
Yes! You can create multiple queues. Rex can have a list for "Flash Walk-ins" while Sam has a separate list for "Consultations".
What if a walk-in doesn't have a smartphone?
You or your desk staff can manually add them to the queue in 2 seconds from the dashboard. You can take their phone number to notify them, or just call their name if they stay in the lobby.
